Shipping Policies:

Jogini Jonaki considers customer service of the highest priority. We take utmost care to ensure that your experience is seamless on the website as well as when using our products. We ensure that you are completely satisfied with our service and would gladly comeback for further exploration and make purchases as well. 

Shipping Information:

• Dispatched within 4-6 business days.
• Shipping of the package will be done via a reputed courier/parcel service. 
• Jogini Jonaki will ensure that the package is secured properly during the transit and can be safely be delivered.
• Jogini Jonaki will also conduct quality check on the products prior to shipping them. This check will also allow us to ensure that the product is at the same original condition, in case returns are made by the customer.
• Delivery costs are included in the costs of goods/articles displayed on the website. 

 

Cancellation & Returns Policy:

We accept cancellation of orders. However, orders can only be cancelled if they are not dispatched yet. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

We also accept return of our products. However, the following conditions need to be met:

• Customers have the right to make returns within 7 days of receiving the product.
• To be eligible for the return, the item must remain unused, in its original packing condition, and with intact tags.
• The receipt of the purchase may be used as a proof of purchase. 
• The customer may have to bear the costs of returns.

Note: 

Lots of efforts are put towards ensuring that the products are offered in the most optimum conditions. However, unlike machine-made products, hand-made arts may carry little (sometimes unnoticeable) imperfections. When all machine-made products look the same, its the slight differences in hand-made products that showcase the authenticity and beauty of craftsmanship of the artist. Please do take this into consideration when making returns.

All pictures of items/products displayed on the website have been taken at optimal lighting conditions, to the best of our abilities. Utmost care and effort is taken to achieve the exact colours of the sarees in the pictures. Additional pictures can be provided when requested. However, please bear in mind that we are not responsible for minor colour changes that you might experience when viewing the product at your own capacity.
